For people who are good with lanyard..How do you do the butterfly stitch??

I love lanyard and im excellent at it, but i want to learn more stitches.
Anybody know more stiches, and how to do them.
I know the box, barrel, cobra, chinese staircase and the zipper already.
I know how to double and triple these also.
